What impresses me most is its built-in compliance suite, designed specifically for German labor laws and GDPR. It automatically manages data retention cycles and sets role-based access for personnel files, which takes a lot of pressure off our compliance team. The all-in-one dashboard is really practical too; we can check recruitment progress, staff attendance and payroll status at a glance without jumping between different systems. What do you dislike about PeoplesHR? The biggest downside is its poor compatibility with mainstream local payroll and time tracking tools used across Germany. We have to move data back and forth manually every week, which creates extra repetitive work. The system also doesn’t offer much flexibility to adjust workflows to fit our internal HR routines. PeoplesHR brings recruitment, time management and payroll together in one system, cutting down manual work and lowering the risk of human error.
