PeopleInsight not only has out of the box reports, but their team is always available and up for the challenge of brainstorming new dashboards to fit our needs. The support is unparalleled - they will respond to, and resolve, simpler requests within hours, and a new dashboard requests are usually built within a few weeks (depending on how complicated the request is). Before PeopleInsight, it would take us hours and hours of time to prepare monthly and quarterly report. Now with PeopleInsight we don't need to spend any time manually pulling reports as they are always ready for us to use. We only need to validate that our data is correct and then can spend more time preparing our talking points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PeopleInsight? The overall look and feel of PeopleInsight is a bit more old school. The dashboards are limited to the size of the screen without the option to scroll, which can be limiting for how much information you can fit in each dashboard and have it still be legible. In an ideal world I'd be able to see more charts and graphs on one page by having the option to scroll, instead of needing to click through to different tabs.
