What do you like best about PeopleGoal?

We were handling feedback and engagement surveys manually, which made the process slow and inconsistent. PeopleGoal's 360 Feedback Software closed that gap fast. The anonymous 360 degree feedback setup was easy to configure, and for the first time, our employees actually completed the surveys instead of ignoring them. On the engagement side, the Pulse and Quarterly Engagement Surveys pull results directly into a shareable view for leadership, so nobody has to export data into a deck anymore. The Real Time Analytics and Reports made it obvious where teams needed attention within the first cycle..... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?

I'd like to see deeper native integrations with other HR systems so employee data stays synced automatically. PeopleGoal already connects with 500+ platforms, so it's more of a wishlist item to expand that further rather than a real gap today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a dedicated home for 360 degree feedback instead of a module buried inside our HRIS that nobody used. Feedback quality has gone up noticeably now that people trust the anonymity, and engagement data has gone from something we just collected to something leadership actually acts on every quarter.
