The one thing that they can improve on is to have themselves integrated with other platforms. At the moment, they offer integration with slack but not with Zulip Chat. The problem that we are trying to solve with Peoplebox is to provide Social-Emotional Support to our members and improve the engagement between managers and subordinates. We have been able to develop a significant relationship between the members of our organizations.
