What do you like best about Peoplebox.ai?

- GOAL alignment features

- Smart notifications

- Easy to use

- Smart Dashboard

- Company OKR management

What do you dislike about Peoplebox.ai?

- Reporting needs more dynamic to see

- While setting new Goal and KR; we have found bug that repeats the KRs in Goal page as a Goal (phew!). Then we need to delete the KRs from the front page or set the Goals to make things clear. So, it may be a bug that needs a solution. As an admin user, I can handle it quickly, but for my team, I had to answer or sometimes make a solution by myself. What problems is Peoplebox.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company OKRs are managing primarily in Peoplebox, and that we found compelling. In the future, we will emphasize 1:1 meetings, coffee connect, and surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are really happy to see that you have liked using the Goals Feature and are able to successfully align your teams that matter to your organization the most.

We have recently updated the reports in Peoplebox and made it much more intuitive to use. You can access them under the settings page.

I have noted your feedback regarding the bug that repeats KR in Goals page and will make sure that this is corrected.
