What do you like best about Peoplebox.ai?

The best thing about Peoplebox AI is the customer service: very prompt responses and very satisfactory resolutions to all the questions that were asked. Overall, it's really good. From a tool perspective, the best thing that I like about it is the fact that, for every OKR, we can see how it has moved through the quarters or through the months on the homepage itself. From a pricing perspective also, Peoplebox is one of the most economical tools out there in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Peoplebox.ai?

A few features in the tool can be improved: - For example, against each OKR, instead of just showing an icon of the owner, the full name of the owner is much better to have. - The report section could be improved because, during the implementation, we had to get a custom report built, and there were multiple back-and-forths to get that implemented. I think those two things that come to mind could be improved. Other than that, performance-wise, the UI is also very load-heavy. It takes a good amount of time for the entire dashboard to come up. As we open up all the OKR trees one by one, the more OKRs that get shown on the dashboard, the slower the UI gets. Those are a few things that could help. The last one is from an AI intelligence viewpoint: many more improvements can be brought in, especially with regards to summaries of all the check-ins and the overall performance overview of each track. What problems is Peoplebox.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the main problems that PeopleBox is solving for us is this: as a part of our annual operating plan, based on our business goals, we have some initiatives that we have to work on for the following year. Those initiatives get translated into OKRs, and then they are fed into PeopleBox to keep track of how they are progressing throughout the year. It also helps if any OKR is going off track or it's not getting worked on, the revision of the OKRs or the initiatives for the year also becomes easier because we have a reference point documented in PeopleBox. The entire OKR system is very streamlined through Peoplebox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
