I like the prompt assistance from the support team and the account manager at Peoplebox.ai. Whenever we get stuck, like with uploading OKRs or setting up the review system, their help is great. I also like the review system, especially the ability to perform 360-degree reviews. Setting up Peoplebox.ai was easy and that made it less stressful to start using it. I think Peoplebox.ai could be improved if we could customize the metrics section a little better. For example, when we choose the progress type as binary, we can't track it in milestones, or if a target is 'the lesser the better,' we can't have milestones for those.
