What do you like best about People HRMS by HR Cloud?

This unified platform combines end-to-end recruitment and daily HR operations perfectly for our staffing agency. Its native data controls fully align with GDPR and German data protection requirements, which is critical for our work. Ready-to-use hiring workflows cut down routine work significantly, and the dedicated candidate dashboard lets our team oversee all recruitment phases efficiently. What do you dislike about People HRMS by HR Cloud?

The reporting functionality is fairly basic, so we cannot build custom analytics for sourcing efficiency and key hiring indicators. There are no preconfigured templates adapted for German recruitment firms.
