I like that People HRMS by HR Cloud is intuitive and easy for all parties to use. It's especially beneficial in our construction industry where not everyone is technology savvy. We've been onboarding for a few months now without anyone having real issues navigating the onboarding process. Additionally, managers were able to pick up the software with minimal training. Employees cannot self-serve documents in the task library, which requires an admin to assign the form to start the process. If employees could initiate the document and start the workflow themselves, it would save all departments time.
