"Peerbound Streamlines Customer Proof with Gong and Slack—Intuitive and Highly Responsive"

What do you like best about Peerbound?

Peerbound has been fantastic for streamlining how we create and share customer proof. The integration with Gong has been a game changer, making it so easy to surface real advocacy moments directly from customer calls. The Slack bot is a hit, our teams query it constantly, with thousands of searches in just a few months, pulling exactly what they need without digging through tons of resources. It’s super intuitive, so onboarding new users has been painless.

What I also love is how Peerbound actively helps us optimize. For example, it flags gaps in our content, surfaces amazing customer moments we might’ve missed, and constantly adds value by pushing relevant proof when and where it’s needed. What do you dislike about Peerbound?

One area where Peerbound could improve is around optimizing first drafts for customer stories. While it’s faster than before, we’d love those drafts to align even closer with our brand voice upfront to minimize revisions. Additionally, ensuring consistency with things like casing in accordance with our style guide would be helpful. That said, the Peerbound team has been great about taking feedback and making iterative improvements, so I’m confident they’ll address these small tweaks over time. What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?

Peerbound helps us get customer proof into the hands of our sales and marketing teams faster and more effectively. It’s reduced the time from capturing customer moments to delivering usable stories and assets, saving countless hours. With 20,000 moments processed in just three months and nearly 3,000 Slack queries, it’s clear our teams rely heavily on it.
