"Love the Custom Reports"

What do you like best about PeachWorks?

We use Peachworks for the seven restaurants we have. Great reporting software. Inventory and invoices are easy to enter or edit if necessary. I love the Reports function. Very easy to create your custom reports. The customer support is extremely helpful. If issues arise, they have quick response teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeachWorks?

The software can be slow when pulling YTD information for reports, but that is expected with a large amounts of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PeachWorks:

It is expensive, but we used it for everything. It integrated with Micros 3700 and pushed info to our accounting software Xero. Our managers use it to create schedules for the locations. You can have Enterprise or store users, so admins have more access. We have full control over our metrics in real time for all of our locations. We are able to customize, and create your own home page/dashboard of performance indicators, which is critical to gathering the information needed to steer our operations. What problems is PeachWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inputting invoices at the restaurant level. Very user friendly. Able to teach managers how to easily find important fiscal numbers. We use PeachWorks for scheduling shifts. We can also edit time inputs if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
