"Straightforward, Fast Remote Support That Makes IT Work Easier" 5/5 What do you like best about PDQ Connect? What I like best about PDQ Connect is how straightforward it is to use. It's made supporting users a lot easier, especially with people working remotely. The remote access is fast, software deployment is simple, and being able to run PowerShell without taking over someone's screen is a real time saver. The layout is easy to navigate, so I can quickly find what I need without wasting time. Overall, it's a solid tool that just makes day-to-day IT support much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PDQ Connect? There isn't much I dislike, but I'd like to see a few more advanced features added over time. Sometimes I'd like more reporting and automation options, and a few tasks still require using other tools. It would also be nice if the remote session connected a bit quicker on slower internet connections. Other than that, it's been reliable and does what I need it to do. PDQ Connect has made it much easier to support our users, especially those working remotely. Instead of relying on users being in the office or connected to a VPN, I can quickly remote onto their device, deploy software, and troubleshoot issues wherever they are.
