I often receive PDFs from clients for design approvals, quotations, and project requirements, so being able to edit them without converting the file is what I find most useful. I also like using reusable templates for documents that follow a similar format, which saves time and helps keep everything consistent. The platform covers most document tasks well, but working with large or heavily designed PDFs can sometimes take a little longer than expected. I would also like to see smarter AI features for extracting information from forms and organizing document content automatically. Before using a single document platform, I usually had to switch between different tools to edit PDFs, collect signatures, and send final files. That made even simple approval workflows slower. With pdfFiller, I can update project documents, send them for signatures, and keep everything organized in one place. For design proposals and client paperwork, this has made the process more structured and reduced the time spent managing documents instead of focusing on the actual project.
