We use PDFcreator within our custom-built CRM service to create PDF documents directly from our system. It integrates very easily and is straightforward to use, so none of our staff have any issues with it. We very rarely run into problems with PDFcreator, and when we do, a quick reboot of the program usually resolves the issue. As a small company, we also find the price reasonable for our needs.
