The thing I like best about this app is that I can easily recover my files. The support is amazing and their response time is fast. I lost a file when I was changing from one computer to another and my file got corrupted, so I use the application to recover the corrupted file. There was another time when I was unable to access the application and had to reach out to support and they easily guided me through the process of re-entering the app. I was so thankful for the help.
