PDF Architect includes all the features I want and use on a regular basis. Its drag-and-drop interface speeds up my workflow and keeps routine tasks quick and straightforward.

The conversion tools make it easy to turn PDFs into other formats I use often, like Word and Excel. It also integrates smoothly with my overall system, so creating PDFs feels transparent and hassle-free.

Conversion speed and accuracy have been excellent, and the built-in OCR option can be a real lifesaver when I need it. The pricing also feels competitive compared with other options on the market and certainly not expensive.

I haven’t needed support much for everyday use or setup, but the few times I did, it was easy to find and the response was quick. Like a lot of software these days, PDF Architect also includes an AI assistant feature.

I’d like to see stronger support for creating very large PDFs. In my industry, we often need to produce huge documents—up to several thousand pages—that must be generated as a single file. PDF Architect struggles with files of this size, which makes the creation process harder and more time-consuming than it really should be. This is a clear area for improvement.

The file compression option works well overall, but it can take what feels like a long time to recalculate file sizes, so it’s slow to show what the final size reduction will be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
