What do you like best about PDF Architect?

I mostly use PDF Architect when I need to make small edits to documents without recreating the entire file. Rearranging pages, adding a signature, or correcting a few lines can all be done from one place, which saves a lot of time. The interface didn't take long to get comfortable with, and after using it regularly, these everyday tasks became much quicker than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDF Architect?

Some advanced tools are separated into different modules, so it isn't always obvious which one you need the first time. Once you understand the layout it's fine, but a more straightforward experience for new users would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PDF Architect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me avoid going back to the original source files whenever a PDF needs a minor update. Instead of asking someone to resend a document, I can make the required changes, reorganize pages, and share the final version within minutes.
