What do you like best about PCM Integrations?
The service we get from our account manager, Linda, is great! She is responsive and always helpful. The PCM portal makes placing orders a breeze, and the API and webhook functionality provides status updates which allows us to serve our customers better. We really love working with PCM. What do you dislike about PCM Integrations?
On occasion, I'll have an art file that their portal does not accept for some reason. This is very rare and their customer service team always jumps in to help find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
