I like the UI of application, that is easy to use and user friendly. There many offers and cashback available in paytm. You can quickly make payment by just scanning QR code, it saves the time of user. You can invest in mutual fund by paytm. There many other facilities offere by paytm like paytm bank (Virtual Bank), Paytm Gold which are helpful to invest small amount of money. The customer service of paytm is very fast and good, quickly reply to our issues and resolve it. We can see the name of user whom we want to send money this is useful to verify our friend. Sometime my account is automatically logout. It also take charges on booking of movie ticket or train/ bus.
