Describe the project or task Paytm Business helped with:

I used paytm for general payment in shops or paying bill, recharge, credit card bill and for pay at petrol pump. It is also good for transfer money to the friend quickly and securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paytm Business?

I like the UI of application, that is easy to use and user friendly. There many offers and cashback available in paytm. You can quickly make payment by just scanning QR code, it saves the time of user. You can invest in mutual fund by paytm. There many other facilities offere by paytm like paytm bank (Virtual Bank), Paytm Gold which are helpful to invest small amount of money.

The customer service of paytm is very fast and good, quickly reply to our issues and resolve it. We can see the name of user whom we want to send money this is useful to verify our friend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paytm Business?

We have to pay 5% transfer money from wallet to bank account, that is not convenience to every user. Sometime my account is automatically logout. It also take charges on booking of movie ticket or train/ bus. I have trouble in done with KYC, because my area has not KYC shops and support of paytm don't reply to my queries. Recommendations to others considering Paytm Business:

If you want to make payment through your mobile than paytm is best digital wallet. You can use your bank balance to pay through paytm. You have safe from cyber crime. You have complete KYC for making payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paytm Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to make payment to nearby shops using paytm. Also you can securely send money to your friend. I also make recharge and ticket booking. When need to transfer money from bank use UPI of paytm to direct transfer from bank to bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
