What do you like best about Payscale Ascent?

It is helpful that all survey data is in one place to search, review and use. The reporting capability is very user friendly and great access to data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payscale Ascent?

There is no real downside in my opinion. They are constantly making the tool better and anticipate the needs of the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Payscale Ascent:

Great choice in the marketplace. Highly recommend an implementation. We use the MarketPay platform which is very user friendly and easy to use. Data right at your fingertips with little effort and credibility. This product really adds value to our Compensation team. They anticipate user needs and are constantly making improvements.
