I like Marketpay as it allows us to organize all our employee survey data in one place, making it a one-stop shop for pricing jobs. I love the AI feature that provides recommended survey matches when you input a job description. The AI tool is helpful because it provides possible job matches, improving the process and accuracy. I also appreciate the custom reporting tools, which help provide meaningful reports for senior leaders, whether pointing out employees who need increases or addressing internal equity concerns. Additionally, I appreciate having the opportunity to reach out for support when needed, and it's great that I can suggest improvements through the site.
