What do you like best about PayPal Invoicing?

It is very easy to use. You can save multiple invoice templates & contacts. You can save frequently invoiced items & costs. Customers can pay using their PayPal account, or check out with their credit card, Venmo, or pay over time. The pay over time option does not affect how quickly you are paid. You get the entire payment at once & the customer pays monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PayPal Invoicing?

PayPal invoicing allows you to add your company information & logo, but it does not allow you to change too much about the look or feel of the invoice, so it can be a little generic feeling. PayPal will also constantly ask you to apply for a business loan through them. Every time you log into your account on a desktop, it will ask if you want to apply for a loan. What problems is PayPal Invoicing solving and how is that benefiting you?

PayPal allows my customers to quickly and easily pay my invoices. This means that sometimes a payment is made just a few minutes after my invoice is sent. It’s much faster than waiting for a check to arrive. It also has very reasonable fees, standard with most of the other online invoicing systems. But the PayPal brand name is recognized & trusted.
