We are using Easebuzz for payment-receiving. It is easy to use and takes less time to do payments. Settlement is easy to reconcile as there is no charges on us. Payer has to pay the charges if they opt to pay by other modes from UPI. Payment status can be checked on real time as it's cancelled by user, or it's dropped by any other reason. According to my personal experience, I don't face any issues while using this software. So, nothing to dislike about this software. But settlement is not done on non-working days, so if there are 3-4 banking holidays, I'll have to wait to get the funds in the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
