"Intuitive, Centralized HR Processes with Strong Reporting"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Paylocity?

I like that it is fairly intuitive to use, and there's more than one way to arrive at the information you are looking for. Coming from an entirely manual/paper-driven environment, it has helped improve processes from onboarding to annual reviews by keeping information centralized and supported by reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

There seems to be a tendency to improve things that don't need improving while not addressing annoying little bugs. (The annoyances aren't severe enough to stop work, but add another step or another second to a process.) Some recent updates have changed the functionality of some of our reports to the point where we cannot pull critical information that we need. Also, there seems to be a hierarchy of support that a concern needs to go through and sometimes it takes longer than I would like to have a concern addressed. (I received a reply 2 months after submitting a support request for example.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paylocity has helped centralize many HR and timekeeping functions, which does save time and keeps things organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
