What do you like best about Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors)?

i love that i am able to get into the pricing and job descriptions at the same time. Very easy to review the job description while pricing the job description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors)?

I think it is a little hard to make changes to your account. We are trained to do a little bit of it but a lot of it we have to go through our PayFactors contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving a TON of paperwork and signature problems. We have about 5000 non contract job descriptions and to be able to house them in a tool without having to sift through paper is wonderful. Also having all of our survey data in one location is very helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
