What do you like best about Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors)?

The product is intuitive. It is a great user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors)?

The process to creating roles needs improving. After creating the roles, the system does not allow the administator to load the additional attibutes to customize the role.

Also, loading job descriptions are not real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Payscale Ascent (formerly Payfactors) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using the JD Manager to manage our JD repository, create and revise JDs. We use Payfactors to price jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
