Payfactors has been an incredible tool in helping us to modernize our compensation management. The system itself is very smooth and easy to use. We have been able to implement the job description manager to create a centralized location for all our roles and a streamlined process for creating new JDs. The ability to centralize our market data capabilities and understand the full compensation landscape has been a great help for us as well. Anytime we have had any issues, reaching out to the support team has been easy and they are really quick to respond. We are really glad we made the decision to use Payfactors. The only downside I can think of is that the Total Rewards Statement capability is not as detailed and customizable as we would need it to be. We do have a complex statement template we use (multiple pages, incorporation of design elements and graphics), and the Payfactors capability is a little bare bones. Payfactors has helped to bring a level of organization to our operations that we did not have before. It has saved us a bunch of time by bringing our analysis out of spreadsheets and into user friendly technical solutions.
