I was tired of almost non-existant reporting from the "big name" processor. I felt like i had to pay more money for every report. Even then the results were blended so i couldn't tell what was what. My payments volume is growing but my revenue share was paltry. And the operational headaches were costing me more than the dollars I got back. I wanted a different processor (or two). The implmentation is still new. The work to build wasn't hard, just standard stuff. I've only moved over a few merchants so far, but with what they offer, I hope I don't have to do as much work next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
