I like the simplicity of the home page and that I can find all or most of my information in one place. I also like that I have the ability to access my information from anywhere with the appropriate credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Paycor? This may not be a huge deal, but I do wish that the PTO balance showed the exact amount. For example, it will show 17.21 instead of 17.2137. I like that I receive my direct deposit checks 2 days early; however, I really dislike that I can' t see the pay details until Friday (our actual payday). I previously mentioned that I do like the simplicity of the home screen but I feel like there is a lot of unnecessary info displayed there. I'm aware that there are customization options available to me but to be honest, I haven't really messed around with that much. I also wish it provided your total number of hours for the day as you move along. I'd like to see the exact number of minutes/hours I've been here even before clocking out for a break of the end of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? I was recently able to easily access my info and submit time off for bereavement after the passing of a loved one while not at work. Being able to update tax documents, submit pto requests, and effortlessly refer back to my pay information is very helpful for someone like me. I am constantly on the go with a brain that is firing quickly. Many thoughts and questions pop up that encourage me to pull up my Paycor app at random times; having that complete info at my fingertips is important to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
