What do you like best about Paycom?

The enhanced capabilities and features that let employees update their accounts, review paystubs, and answer questions have helped HR and Payroll staff use their time more efficiently. This includes Beti, the AI assistant, which has become more impressive over time. In addition, the smartphone app allows managers and admin to complete payroll related tasks in a timely manner, without the need to login to the website. The UI is easy to use and makes most tasks easy to accomplish. We very rarely have issues with website performance, which in turn allows personnel to work freely without access related problems. We are integrated with all of our benefits platforms, so from onboarding to payroll, third party integrations is a steamlined process that allows for efficient and accurate work. We have found the support team to be top notch, super helpful, and easily accessible. You can always reach someone by phone, who has some experience with your account. The pricing is at a level that feels accurate for the tools and resources provided, while also being very competitive with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The biggest issues we’ve had over time were related to changes in the support team, especially when some individuals weren’t experienced enough to understand the complexity of our questions and couldn’t provide support in an appropriate manner. What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our biggest problems with other platforms in the past was that employees had to rely on HR/Payroll staff or supervisors for support. Now, most of the time, the average employee can find answers to questions by doing the work themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
