The process of reaching a live customer support agent can be a challenge when your organization's assigned representative is unavailable. What problems is Paychex solving and how is that benefiting you? Paychex solves our organization's need for a payroll and HR solution. Our team's employee time management, annual and quarterly reporting, and bi weekly payrolls are processed through the Paychex platform. These are required tasks for a small non-profit organization like ours.
