Integrating these tools into our team's workflow has definitely improved our efficiency. With the addition of the new Upload Utility tool, portfolio intake is now much more streamlined and faster. I also really like the user interface—it is both intuitive and visually appealing. Furthermore, the customer support and training teams are excellent. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about PATTSY WAVE?** I would appreciate a more effective way to handle docketing for Copyrights, Trademark Oppositions, and General Matters within the General module. Placing all these different types of matters under a single module increases the risk of inconsistent data entry by our team, which in turn makes it harder to search for information and to establish consistent procedures. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** PATTSY WAVE truly understands the unique requirements of IP departments and consistently introduces new solutions that help us operate with greater efficiency and effectiveness. ### 2. Navigating between full entries and summary views is straightforward, thanks to the toggle feature that allows you to switch back and forth seamlessly. I also find the use of different colors for the various fields and boxes very helpful, as it makes it much quicker to locate specific information. I use it every day! **What do you dislike about PATTSY WAVE?** I would really like to have a status field that shows only active or pending items, without including registrations. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing notes for actions helps attorneys reviewing the docket to easily see the most current progress on a matter. I am able to run reports and provide them to clients upon request on the same day. It is also quick to find the status of any matter. ### 3. The Power of Attorney feature stands out for me because it allows the auto docket feature to function seamlessly, ensuring that I do not miss any important action items. Additionally, I appreciate how easy the initial setup of PATTSY WAVE was, making the transition smooth. The trademark side's ability to auto-generate PTO information into PATTSY when commanded is a feature I find very practical. I use PATTSY WAVE alongside WORD to generate client letters and reminders of actions due, which integrates well into my workflow. The trademark side can auto-generate PTO information into PATTSY WAVE when commanded, but the patent side doesn't offer this functionality. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PATTSY WAVE for patent docketing to stay organized, track deadlines, and build spreadsheets. Its Power of Attorney feature auto-dockets action items, ensuring I don't miss them. Specifically things like the attorney slots that disappear and become difficult to view on a smaller screen. i would like to see more consideration given to laptop users. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** PATTSY in general presents a comprehensive database for required information storage and deadline monitoring. My entire job relies on it - the deceptive simplicity of PATTSY's interface makes viewing of the information quite simple. I've used other systems and have never come close to the intuitive nature of PATTSY. ### 5. There's complete transparency and I am able to work with my docketing staff and paralegals to resolve matters. I also enjoy the customization and customer support in creating custom fields and different status codes for my clients. I use the system nearly every day and it was a detailed and thoughtful implementation when we transitioned from our previous docketing system. I have also heard it has been relatively easy to integrate our existing workflows to implement them in PATTSY. **What do you dislike about PATTSY WAVE?** I think that because the features are so large and inclusive, it might not be as intuitive to learn. However, after awhile, I figured out how I can best use PATTSY WAVE to support my practice. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to keep track of my docket items and deadlines. This restricts flexibility and makes it difficult to tailor the interface to my specific needs. I like the interactive docket feature. **What do you dislike about PATTSY WAVE?** I do not think U.S. office action deadlines differentiate between Madrid filings and regular applications, although the deadlines are different. We should be able to have multiple agent contacts, similar to the way that client contacts are set up. It creates a problem when we work with multiple people at the same firm, like patent versus trademark contacts. It seems like an incredibly simple addition, but the lack of this feature causes serious problems for our records system. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not sure I understand the question. ### 9. I have to rename every action when docketing the schedule of events for an Opposition or Cancellation proceeding. **What problems is PATTSY WAVE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pattsy is helping me and my team manage and track complex IP matters to ensure that deadlines are not missed. ### 10.
