I love how the search system works inside of PXM, and the tagging system is great. Makes it very easy to organize and performs well. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** There's only one issue I run in to in PXM, and that's when I send out a folder of photos, you can't slide through them, you have to open, close, click the next, repeat. So just a small UX issue. **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes is so much easier to find a specific photo for marketing purposes. If I need a photo of a kid on a pink bike in the park, I can type those words and it will show me all of my assets that are close to that! It's amazing. ### 2. You can share specific content with certain individuals, or you can share everything. This ability to refine who has access to what content is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** Sometimes it does go down (but what doesn't), however this is usually solved quickly. And getting ahold of someone to ask what is happening is very easy. **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to keep all of our content on a server, which was extremely slow and outdated. Then we tried using OneDrive and that was even worse! Pattern PXM gives us a super convenient, quick place to store all our marketing materials and easily share them with those who need it. ### 3. The visual aspect is designed very well. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** I think Pattern PXM has major competitors such as Slack, or Teams, and people are more used to the interface and layout of those applications. Making the switch to Pattern PXM would nonetheless be an extra step for someone when implementing it across a team. **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is difficult to import various files such as CSVs to then have Pattern PXM upload it or transcribe it in another file. ### 7. It has really helped with organization and fetching materials much quicker than the last platform I was using. Its very customizable, at least enough to suit my specific needs, but still user-friendly and didn't take long to learn the new system. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** The price point is slightly higher compared to some competitors offering similar features. **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** In addition to keeping our house of materials organized and easy to fetch, it has also streamlined our workflow by reducing the time spent searching for specific items. This has greatly improved our efficiency ince we are no longer spending time managing clutter. ### 8. When we brought it on board, they were there to help implement the product in an effective and efficient way. I have been using it more often than our older system because it's so much easier to use. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** From my interactions with it, I don't see any downsides. The only hiccup that we have had has been onboarding new users. But we have been working with our Rep and the tech team to make sure that this wrinkle gets ironed out. **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** On my side of things, It's helping solve our content management and being able to find the content for the products that I need to accomplish my job. As the E-Commerce Web Developer, I need to find images of products and lifestyle images of the products that we are using in promotions, or product launches. Our old system, you could only find the product if you knew the SKU number. But with Amplifi, I can type in the name, SKU, or product type, and I can narrow it down to the specific product that I need. It's much more efficient than our old system and so much easier to use. It is also helping with our syndication across marketplaces like Amazon, so that we can easily use the same content across those marketplaces without stressing about the different formats needed for each market. ### 9. Amplifi is not only an asset management system but information system which is what makes it stand out, it has become a source of truth for our team whic has greatly improved our sales teams capacity to bring the most up to date information to market. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** At the moment, the searchavility in mobile view has been a little difficult to navigate **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company uses many systems where we store certain pieces of information. The ongoing optimizations has been great as well. **What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?** Starting out, the communication between teams was rocky and I feel like we had to repeat much of the same information. **What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had been searching for a platform that could act as a "single source of truth" for our client's information. We had product information scattered across multiple programs and documents.
