What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

I think Pattern PXM has major competitors such as Slack, or Teams, and people are more used to the interface and layout of those applications. What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

I've been using the Pattern PXM for quite some time now, and overall, it's been a solid performer. It has really helped with organization and fetching materials much quicker than the last platform I was using. What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

Amplifi not only helps you organize your files and be able to find them easier, but they also are thinking ahead to help organizations use their content across multiple platforms and marketplaces. When we brought it on board, they were there to help implement the product in an effective and efficient way. I have been using it more often than our older system because it's so much easier to use. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

From my interactions with it, I don't see any downsides. The only hiccup that we have had has been onboarding new users. But we have been working with our Rep and the tech team to make sure that this wrinkle gets ironed out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

On my side of things, It's helping solve our content management and being able to find the content for the products that I need to accomplish my job. As the E-Commerce Web Developer, I need to find images of products and lifestyle images of the products that we are using in promotions, or product launches. Our old system, you could only find the product if you knew the SKU number. But with Amplifi, I can type in the name, SKU, or product type, and I can narrow it down to the specific product that I need. It's much more efficient than our old system and so much easier to use.

It is also helping with our syndication across marketplaces like Amazon, so that we can easily use the same content across those marketplaces without stressing about the different formats needed for each market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has improved our creative teams efficiency and organization while making our sales teams life a lot easier. Amplifi is not only an asset management system but information system which is what makes it stand out, it has become a source of truth for our team whic has greatly improved our sales teams capacity to bring the most up to date information to market. What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

Our consumer goods company had no outward facing platform to manage, distribute, or update our digital assets...until Amplifi. Not only are we able to connect both our retail and wholesale websites to a centrally managed source for approved assets, but updating them has never been easier.

From various teams within the organization to external customers, we are able to customize permissions and share assets with confidence.

As for service and support, we couldn't be more pleased than we are with the Amplifi team. They are constantly working to improve the existing platform and our implementation of its features. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

The initial onboarding was a bit daunting as it required a lot of data cleanup as well as imaging ways we might use the platform. However, we have been able to adjust to our changing needs with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
