What do you like best about Pattern PXM?

We use this software as our wholesale asset portal. I enjoy the ease of use when it comes to our wholesalers self-serving assets. It is very easy for them to navigate and download what they need. I also really appreciate how responsive and supportive our rep is (Nate Bezzant is awesome!). While we don't use the feature, I do love that we could directly host images on our Shopify website (if only I could convince my ecommerce specialist) so that it would automatically update if we updated the assets in PXM. What do you dislike about Pattern PXM?

One of my biggest gripes is that I can't choose the order of images within a product folder. There is also a weird bug that happens periodically where I get stuck on a section within a product folder (for example if I'm in the images and I click on docs, it will move me to docs and then immediately bounce me back to images). What problems is Pattern PXM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary PXM use for us is as a wholesale asset portal so the wholesalers can self serve assets. This is much more efficient than manually providing assets upon request, as we have hundreds of wholesalers. We would also most likely utilize the Amazon catalog update sheet/template if we operated our own Amazon store, but we currently partner with Pattern. I would also like to explore the AI image creation and GEO scorecard features soon, but I have not yet had the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
