What do you like best about Patricia IP Management?

Everything is connected and possibly automating for quality most of law practice with Patricia. Document management could not be simpler and we use for our cases and emails with the time savers of automatic storage to the case of emails and Outlook emails by Plug-in. We are using the case Invoicing and financial aspects. Just a solid platform that just works for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patricia IP Management?

The one price list forming button. The drop down to pick the Work Code under the Work Code Text Tab Blue horse requires too many clicks or dragging when working with longer lists. Similarly, it would be nice to be able to configure the charging in Red Horse so that, for example, only the applicable fee codes (subset) are available rather than all. Then the user on a task could only charge the available fees in an invoicing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many of the on-line interfaces do not provide the necessary detail for a professional practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patricia IP Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We feel the IT hosted solution is best - as it is fast and allows me to operate on the East and West Coast with can scale using the hosting solution
