I use PatientNotes for every patient that walks in. It’s the easiest way for me to concentrate on my patients instead of writing everything down word for word, and I can review what was said without missing a beat. It works really well as a time-management system and frees up a lot of my time. It ensures I catch everything the patient says, and it’s an easy way to talk through a case and come up with possible solutions. I like that it’s accessible on my phone and laptop, and the transcriptions are quite quick. Setting up templates has been very helpful because it makes my notes concise and orderly, easy to refer back to, and takes out a lot of the clutter. The initial setup was quite easy.
