"Intuitive Integrations, Excellent Support, and Great Value with Patchworks"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Patchworks?

What I like best about Patchworks is the combination of its integrations, user experience, support, and pricing. The platform makes it easy to build and manage integrations, and we've been able to get our connectors into a strong, stable working condition.

The documentation and Patchworks University are excellent resources, making it easy to learn the platform and find answers when needed. The support team has also been fantastic, particularly Jon, who has provided insightful guidance and helped us along the way.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. The AI tool is especially useful for finding documentation quickly and understanding workflows. I also appreciate the debugging capabilities, which make troubleshooting and resolving issues straightforward.

Performance has been reliable, and I haven't experienced any significant issues. Finally, Patchworks offers very competitive pricing compared to other integration platforms, and having access to quality support without excessive additional costs provides excellent value for money. What do you dislike about Patchworks?

One area I'd like to see improved is the AI implementation agent. In my experience, it hasn't consistently delivered the expected results. I've had several sessions where the AI indicated that implementation changes had been completed, but the changes were not actually applied. This often meant having to spend additional time validating the outcome or finding an alternative solution.

While the AI documentation and workflow navigation features are useful, I would like to see improvements in the reliability and accuracy of the implementation agent so that it can be used with greater confidence for development and configuration tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patchworks is solving the challenge of integrating multiple systems and automating data flows between them, which reduces manual effort and improves operational efficiency. It provides a central platform to manage and monitor integrations, giving us greater visibility and control over our processes.

The platform's documentation, Patchworks University, and responsive support team have helped us implement and maintain integrations effectively. The debugging tools make it easy to identify and resolve issues quickly, reducing downtime and speeding up troubleshooting.

The intuitive UI and AI-assisted documentation search make it easier to navigate workflows and find information when needed. Additionally, Patchworks offers strong value for money compared to other integration platforms, with competitive pricing and affordable support, allowing us to achieve our integration goals without significant additional costs.
