What do you like best about Patchworks?

The ease of setting up integrations is what stands out most for me. It’s fairly straightforward to get started if you have a technical background, and once you understand the basics, you can set up pretty much any integration you need. It’s also worth mentioning that the Support team is especially helpful—I typically hear back on support queries about the integrations I’m building within a few hours. What do you dislike about Patchworks?

While using scripts can make it easier to build integrations at times, it can also create an overdependence on scripts. That said, this may be because I’m still a fairly new user of the solution, and I’ll likely learn better alternatives as I gain more experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patchworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

My work heavily relies on being able to set up successful integrations and connections between a Product Information Management System and whatever downstream systems a client might have. Being able to use the pre-defined Connectors by simply installing them from the marketplace makes it much easier for me to set up these integrations, without the headache of having to dig through extensive API documentation and figure out which API endpoint is the right one. While it doesn’t completely eliminate the need to read the API docs, it does streamline the process by pointing me to the right requests and providing pre-built headers and parameters.
