The Pascal tool provides a structured and traceable approach to sanctions screening, enabling: Comprehensive and ongoing coverage of applicable sanctions and enforcement lists, PEP lists and of adverse media (incl automated translation). Documentation of all potential matches, including their assessment, outcome, and rationale for any decisions taken. Its use of calibrated matching logic helps reduce the number of false positives, allowing compliance teams to focus on alerts that are more likely to be relevant. This contributes to a more targeted, risk-based handling of screening results.
