What do you like best about PartnerPortal.io?

PartnerPortal.io has enabled us to grow our partner relationships much faster. Having one central hub for assets has been great. We can upload custom assets for specific partners or groups of partners on PartnerPortal.io. An integration to HubSpot was an important feature to us. The integration ensures that all deal data is recorded in our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PartnerPortal.io?

It would be great if I had more direct control over our partners' accounts. For example, if a partner needs a new login, I would like to be able to administer that myself rather than reaching out to PartnerPortal.io’s team, which, for what it’s worth, has been very responsive. What problems is PartnerPortal.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a PRM like PartnerPortal.io to augment our CRM and website, which were not built to deliver a centralized experience for our partners to receive information, register deals, and download relevant content. As our partner relationships grew, it became very difficult to manage them effectively. Now, with PartnerPortal.io, we have a centralized communication and asset organization for each partner and data automation inside HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
