What do you like best about Partner.io?

Every partner sits in one place. Before Partner.io I was pulling partner info out of spreadsheets, my inbox and Slack every time I needed a clear picture, and that was most weeks. Now I open the partner dashboard and it's all there. Setup was quick and my team started using it without me having to train them on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Partner.io?

The reporting is solid for day to day, but I still export data when I build my monthly partner review. Being able to pull a clean monthly summary straight out of the tool would save me the last step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Partner.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a partner program with a few hundred agency partners, so the hard part was never finding partners, it was keeping track of them. Who's active, who's gone quiet, what each one has actually driven. That used to live in my head and in a spreadsheet I updated far too late. Partner.io holds it instead, which means my monthly partner reporting takes a fraction of the time it used to, and I catch a partner going cold while I can still do something about it.
