I like the pre-filled forms feature in Parting Pro, and it automatically makes the contract and sends it to both me and the family. It saves me time because I only need to fill out part of the forms to send to families, and they fill out the rest. The same goes for emails, where I can send ready-made emails (that I have custom-made) to families when appropriate. Everything is in place and ready to go, making it very convenient. I don't like that it sends the contract with my signature before I have a chance to review it. I go back in, duplicate the contract, review the contract, edit the invoice number to match our location's numbers, and resend the duplicated contract with my signature. I have to ask the family for another signature, which is highly frustrating. I then void the original contract every single time. I've discussed this already with Parting Pro.
