I use Parsley mostly for outbound sales. I drop Parsley links in every cold email and LinkedIn message, and it saves me tons of time by answering basic questions at night. The pre-call briefs are pure gold. I really like the lead scoring feature and how it connects to the topics. It totally fixed the 'black hole' problem I had before when sending decks, as now I see exactly what prospects ask my chatbot. The initial setup of Parsley was super easy.
