"Natural-Sounding AI That Smoothly Handles Client Calls and Takes Pressure Off Admin"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Parloa?

What I like best about Parloa is how it took a huge load off our front office without making us sound like robots.

We are an architectural firm, so we get a lot of repetitive calls and emails every day - clients asking about project status, meeting schedules, fee proposals, document submissions, council approval timelines. Before Parloa, our reception and admin team were overwhelmed, and I as IT Admin was always being asked to fix missed calls or lost messages.

We implemented Parloa for our customer communication and it has been very smooth.

For me as IT Admin, three things stand out:

1. It actually understands context. Unlike our old chatbot, Parloa doesn't break when a client asks something in a different way. If someone says "where is my plan" or "have the drawings been approved by county", it understands it's the same intent and gives the right update. The German engineering behind it is solid.

2. Very easy to integrate and manage. I connected it to our existing phone system and Microsoft Teams in one afternoon. No complex coding. The dashboard is clean - I can see all conversations, train the AI with our own project FAQs, and set handover rules to a human architect when needed. It saves me a lot of IT support time.

3. Clients can't tell it's AI. This was our biggest worry as an architectural firm because client relationship is everything. But the voice is natural, it uses our project names and terms correctly, and it knows when to transfer to a real person. Our clients have even complimented us on how responsive we have become.

Since we started using it, we have cut missed inquiries by almost 90% and our admin team can now focus on actual project coordination instead of answering the same questions all day. For a busy architectural practice, that is a big win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parloa?

The initial training needs some time investment. We use a lot of industry-specific terms, project codes and county approval jargon, so we had to spend the first two weeks feeding it our past emails, FAQs and project documents to make it sound like us. It wasn't difficult, but it required commitment from our admin team.

Also, the advanced analytics and reporting features could be a bit more customizable. As IT Admin I would love to have more tailored reports for our directors showing call reasons by project type.

But honestly, their support team was very helpful during onboarding and these are small things compared to how much time it saves us every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
