What I like most about Parloa is how it automates customer service conversations while still keeping them natural and human. It handles routine requests quickly, understands customer intent, and helps reduce the workload for human agents, so they can focus on more complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I dislike about Parloa is that it can sometimes struggle with unusual or more complicated requests. When a conversation goes beyond the most common scenarios, the AI may misunderstand what I mean or end up needing human intervention. I think it would be better with more flexibility and customization, especially for those edge-case situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
