What problems is ParcelTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?

The easiest problem to solve with ParcelTrack is keeping up to date on exactly where all of my packages are. I am able to know where my products are from the time they leave to the time they are delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
