Having multiple packages on the same screen from either the same or different companies all on one screen. Makes it so much easier to see everything and know when a package is em route or delayed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't really think of anything that's a downside except for the app taking up data on my phone which is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
