Clients receive their updates via automated email, and we can log in to view them at any time. If needed, we can resend the emails, and the best part is being able to see whether the client has opened the message (especially when they say they haven’t received it). I honestly think Parcel Lab is fantastic. If I’m being really picky, it would be helpful to be able to search by a client’s name or email address, as that would make it easier for us to find the relevant order in our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
