What do you like best about Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact?

Parcel Spend Management makes contract enforcement with our carriers incredibly easy. The amount of detail in the reporting is second to none. What do you dislike about Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact?

There aren't many, but a personal difficulty of mine is navigating/ toggling between specific filters without having to clear all filters and resetting back to the default report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Parcel Spend Management by TransImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Parcel Spend Management has been my sword and shield when it comes to holding our carriers accountable. In the past, Eastpoint Sports didn't have a person to review and oversee carrier agreements or enforce them. Since using the PSI tool, we have been able to recover nearly $10,000 from October of 2024 to October of 2025 in service failure refunds, undue residential surcharges, and other accessorial fees that should not have been applied to our shipments.
